Installation instructions
1.) Download Grabit's setup files at http://www.shemes.com/index.php?p=download. You can either save the files to your hard drive then run the setup from there or you can click on open to automatically run the setup files after downloading them.
2.) After running the setup files click [NEXT] to contimue the setup
3.) You will need to accept the license agreement before clicking [NEXT]
4.) Choose the installation directory at this screen, then click [NEXT]
5.) Choose the name of the pragram group for your start menu, then click [NEXT]
6.) Select any additional options here, then click [NEXT]
7.) This is the summary screen, if you are satisfied click [INSTALL]
8.) Installation is complete, click [FINISH] to end setup and to run Grabit
Setup Instructions.
1.) Put news.usenetserver.com in as the server address. And make sure that "server requires username and password" is checked, then click [NEXT]
2.) You will need to enter your usenetserver.com username and password here You do not need to include @usenetserver.com behind your username. Once you are sure everything is correct click [NEXT]
3.) If you plan on downloading headers with grabit, then you should retrieve a list of available groups. Then click [FINISH]
Importing NZBs
1.) To import an NZB into grabit you need to click the NZB import button, which is shown below. If you chose to associate nzb files with grabit, then all you need to do is double click on the saved NZB.
2.) If you clicked on NZB import then you can add the NZBs here, just click on [ADD] and then select your NZBs that need importing. Once you are finished selecting NZBs, you just click on [GRAB]. Grabit will then import the NZB and connect to our servers.
3.) The default download directory is located in the directory that you installed Grabit. To change just goto Edit->Preferences then click on the "Folders" tab.Select the proper folder then click [OK].
